ConTe.it

I joined ConTe.it in 2015 in Customer Support, where I developed a deep understanding of users’ needs and communication in a highly regulated environment.

Over time I moved into the Customer Experience team, first as a Software Tester and later as a UX/UI Designer.

In this role I contributed to the design and improvement of key product touchpoints, including the one-click renewal flow, the new user dashboard, and dynamic renewal emails, helping create clearer and more user-centered digital experiences.

Product Experience Design

As a UX/UI Designer at ConTe.it, I contributed to the design and improvement of several core product touchpoints. My work focused on making complex insurance processes clearer and more accessible through intuitive interfaces and streamlined user journeys.

Key projects and product features

Among the main initiatives I worked on were the one-click renewal flow, the redesign of the personal dashboard, a three-step quick quote experience, and features enabling users to manage their policies directly from their account. Each project aimed to simplify decision-making and reduce friction across the customer lifecycle.

Enabling Self-Service

One of the most impactful initiatives was the introduction of self-service capabilities within the personal area. The goal was to allow users to independently modify key aspects of their insurance policies, reducing dependency on customer support while improving the overall experience.

Working closely with product and engineering

In this project I collaborated daily with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts. Starting as a Software Tester and later transitioning into UX/UI design, I contributed to validating flows, identifying usability issues, and ensuring that the final solution aligned with both user needs and business requirements.

Design Thinking & Agile Framework

Working in an Agile Scrum framework deeply shaped my design approach. Iterative development cycles, constant feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration helped me refine my ability to translate complex requirements into clear and user-centered solutions.

Facilitating alignment and shared vision

I also co-facilitated Design Thinking sessions and cross-department workshops, collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and senior leadership. These moments of alignment were essential to bridge business strategy, technical feasibility, and user needs, helping guide design decisions in a structured and collaborative way.
